The appointment was announced on 29 June 2026. Display placements are already live across both sites, with sponsored product ads to follow later in the year. The platform adds ROPO measurement that ties ad exposure to sales, including in-store purchases identified through loyalty data. Epsilon continues to run offsite advertising for the Partnership.

Albertsons scales its in-store digital display network with Stratacache

What happened

Albertsons Media Collective launched an in-store digital display network built with Stratacache and set an expansion beyond its initial pilot.

Confirmed details

After piloting screens in 80 stores, Albertsons planned a rollout to 800 of its more than 2,200 stores during 2026. It uses Stratacache Walkbase sensor technology to count screen impressions as part of its measurement, and reported a 14 percent sales lift in one campaign example. More than 50 advertisers have run campaigns since the pilot, extending to connected TV, social video, and offsite display.

What happened

Target's Roundel and DirecTV Advertising launched a pilot that links Target shopper data to premium video ads across DirecTV.

The pilot was reported on 22 June 2026. It lets brands connect DirecTV audience signals to Target purchase data to measure whether ad viewers went on to buy at Target, spanning home screen, live sports, and travel placements. Danone signed on as the launch partner.
